You will need:
- 1kg beef gravy steak
- 4x sheets of flakey puff pastry
- 2x meat stock cubes
- Butter
- Cheese (if required)
- Cook the beef in a pot for about 3 hours on a low temp. Add, salt pepper, meat stock.
- While this is cooking, lay out the pastry on the bottom of a large cooking tin.
- Once meat is tender, pour into cooking tin.
- Lay another piece of pastry over the top, (and slices of cheese if required) making little holes, sprinkle with water.
- Add a few knobs of butter on top.
- Put it in pre-heated oven (150) for an hour
- When pastry brown, remove from oven and...
- EAT.
